Design Services

Our design services for new construction & renovations include the following:

• space planning
• floor plans, elevations & 3D renderings as needed
• interior & exterior finish & fixture specifications & layouts
• custom tile specifications & designs
• communication with contractors
• custom furniture & window treatments
• selection & installation of artwork & accessories

Initial Consultation                               $150

Our first meeting will typically last 1-2 hours & is considered a working meeting where I will supply you with information, provide clarity & a direction of how we will move forward with your project. This meeting gives us both an opportunity to interview each other & discuss your desired design style, expectations, time frame & project budget.

Project Design Work                            $80/hour

After your initial consultation we will begin by creating a mood board & schematics of your space. From that point we will complete furniture, fabric & finish selections, lighting & fixture specifications as well as necessary dimensioned & custom drawings. Site visits & communication with contractors will be made as needed throughout the project to ensure everything runs smoothly.

E-Design Package                                $200/room

This option is perfect for the “do-it-yourself-er” or clients who love what they’ve seen in our portfolio, but are not local. Fill out the form below & send us photos & measurements of your room/rooms. From there we will create a one of a kind mood board for your space along with an organized spreadsheet including paint, fabric, furniture, art & accessories as well as a floor plan detailing where these items will go. We’ll be eagerly awaiting your after photos!

Color Consulting                                   Starting at $300

It’s truly amazing how much paint can transform a home! We will work together to create a custom color palette to reflect your style and enhance your furniture & finishes. Up to 3 rooms will be included in the fee (you may add more rooms for an additional cost). Following the initial visit, samples will be sent to your home + a designer color guide with specific finishes & instructions for each space.

Styling + Staging Package                    Starting at $200

Maybe you have the big pieces in place & aren't sure how to finish your space. Or maybe you feel your home needs a refresh with new artwork & accessories. These items can really make a room & having a professional source & place them is key. This is also a great option for homeowners who are looking to sell their house quickly by staging it with the just the right accessories.
